Easter Hens?

The birds on these cards look a little bit too large to be Easter chicks but the colouring on the images from Personal Impressions certainly fits in with the theme of 'Citrus Colours' over on Cute Card Thursday challenge this week.

I chickened out a bit (pardon the pun) with the colours on the first one but went all out with the second, giving her lime green dungarees.

Both images have been coloured with Stampin' Up marker pens and watercolour pencils. The papers are from HOTP Citrus pad and the sentiment plaques from Making Cards magazine. The stripy ribbon is Anita's and the circles one from Hobbycraft.
